Hi, I'm Craig 🍪

I'm Craig — a stay-at-home dad of two, retired from the Army veteran, now learning to bake from absolute zero.

I've never been a baker. I'm an American figuring out German grocery stores, German butter, and German ovens one cookie at a time and filming all of it. Every week I bake a new cookie, score it honestly, and show you everything: the wins and the flops.

The name comes from my last name, Cloukey — mispronounced my entire life (it sounds like "Clue Key").
